About us

What you get from us.

Not a miracle, something rarer: someone who cares about your growth as much as you do.

Manuel Stierberger

Founder

Work hard instead of leaving the country. I am building something serious and lasting.

I hear almost every day now that we are the exception. It is genuinely hard to find serious business people who are current and who want to build something lasting. Your search is over, you have found us. Whether you just need a website or want to use AI as leverage for your company, we will help you reach your goal with as little fuss as possible. Thank you for your trust.

Reach and backend

Paid or organic, Julian knows the platform algorithms and where attention comes from. On AI, agentic workflows and automation he is ahead of the field. He builds the backend and the first working version. Then it goes to Egor.

Software engineering student, on his way to a master's in cyber security. Whatever Julian builds passes through his hands: Egor checks that it is up to current security standards. He is young and still ready to carry responsibility, and he brings the values that have become rare in his generation: initiative, a will to learn, a willingness to give something up, and the drive to do good.

What AI cannot do

Putting itself in your shoes

Understanding what really matters to you.

Everything that happens in life is a reaction to the way we think.

Storytelling

Let me tell you a story, so you know how I work: a village with no money

The farmer provides the food, the carpenter the roof, the doctor makes sure everyone stays healthy. Everyone gives what they are best at and gets back what they cannot do themselves.

The village works, but not because everyone is nice. It works because everyone depends on somebody else's strength. When you give the carpenter a share of your harvest, you are not being generous, you are being smart.

That is how I work too

What do you or your company actually need? That is the first and most relevant question we can start from. To change anything, both of us have to understand the problem and the gain.

Plenty of people still think I am hopelessly naive. And yes, I believe in karma and in the good in people. Everyone who works with me thinks the same way. Whether a project went well, I judge by the change it caused. That is what builds trust and lasting relationships.

You can only reap what you sow. And you cannot reap anything you do not sow.

The law of attraction is so strong that more comes back than you give.

When I give my best and genuinely want you to be better off afterwards, I never have to wonder whether it pays off for me.

What you think, you are. What you are, you radiate. What you radiate, you attract.

What I stick to

3 questions worth more than the price

I play to win. And I only win when you win too. A paradox by the usual way of thinking, but that is exactly the change business needs if we are going to succeed together. If you do not win, we both lose.

  • Will I be proud of myself later?
  • Will my parents be proud?
  • And would my children be proud?

If one of the three answers is "no", we do not do it.

Look at every decision you make as a decision you are making for the rest of your life.

Excuses don't build empires.

Values

A few values I live by, so you know who you are working with

  • ProgressAfter the project you are a step further than before.
  • DevelopmentI build something that is up to date.
  • GrowthMy work should help you grow.
  • SustainabilityStrengthening your present so your future gains from it.
  • EnergyIt decides where we put our strength.
  • GratitudeFor everyone who trusts me with their project.
  • SynergyIf we do not both win, we both lose.
  • HappinessBecause work and life do not have to be two separate things.

Fairness is not giving everyone the same thing, it is giving each person what they need, and giving it with the same respect.

Welcome to my life's work.
